Operations Manager (Medical Tourism) Position Title Medical Tourism Operations Executive / Operations Manager Company Curify Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive/Manager to manage end-to-end coordination for international patients seeking medical treatment in India. The role involves handling patient journeys, hospital coordination, travel logistics, documentation, and ensuring a seamless patient experience from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Patient Coordination Handle international patient inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM. Coordinate treatment plans and quotations with partner hospitals and doctors. Assist patients with medical reports collection and documentation. Provide regular updates to patients and their attendants. Hospital & Doctor Coordination Liaise with hospitals, doctors, and international patient departments (IPD). Schedule appointments, consultations, admissions, and surgeries. Negotiate pricing and treatment packages with hospitals when required. Travel & Logistics Management Coordinate visa assistance, airport pickup/drop, hotel stays, translators, and local transport. Ensure smooth arrival-to-discharge patient journey management. Handle emergency operational issues during patient stay. Vendor & Partner Management Manage relationships with travel agencies, hotels, translators, and facilitators. Maintain service quality and operational SLAs. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate patient records and operational reports. Ensure compliance with medical tourism regulations and hospital protocols. Coordinate insurance or financing documentation where applicable. Post-Treatment Support Arrange follow-up consultations and telemedicine coordination. Collect patient feedback and testimonials. Support retention and referral initiatives. Operational Reporting Track patient pipeline, conversion rates, treatment timelines, and operational KPIs. Prepare MIS reports for management. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field. 2–6 years of experience in medical tourism, healthcare operations, hospital international desk, or patient coordination. Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or African regional language knowledge is a plus. Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and operational reporting. ________________________________________ Preferred Skills Understanding of international patient management workflows. Knowledge of medical terminology and treatment processes. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and time-sensitive cases.
