About this role

We are looking for a tech-savvy Business Advisor who understands both computer systems and business workflows. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business operations, helping clients optimize their performance using technology. Role context: - Internal-facing role, cross-functional collaboration within a 10-person team reporting to the Product Director - Daily tools: IDEs, Git, Jira, MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI, databases - Junior generalist profile — broad familiarity across the stack, not deep specialization - Success in first 90 days: integrate into team culture, deliver early wins, build strong stakeholder relationships Ideal candidate: - Proactive communicator who adapts quickly to new challenges - Collaborative problem-solver with a positive attitude under pressure - Comfortable working across Git, Jira, Excel, Power BI, and databases
