Full Stack Software Engineer (SWE II) Founding Team · Gurgaon (in-office) · 2–4 years experience About the Role Backend-heavy full-stack role taking product from V1 to a scalable, market-ready product. You'll own core systems end-to-end — from architecture to deployment. What You'll Do • Own end-to-end feature development and technical delivery • Build and scale serverless AWS architecture (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway) • Develop backend services, APIs, and real-time systems (WebSockets, REST) • Manage databases, performance optimisation, and infrastructure (Terraform) • Build role-based UIs in Angular • Debug and improve system reliability and scalability Tech Stack Angular · AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, S3) · JavaScript · MongoDB · DynamoDB · MySQL · WebSockets · REST · Terraform · Git · OAuth What We're Looking For • Strong backend engineering with solid full-stack ability • Hands-on experience with AWS serverless and distributed systems • Solid fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, system design • Experience with analytics-heavy systems; AI/ML exposure a plus • High ownership, startup mindset, bias for action
