Full Stack Engineer

About this role

Responsibilities: Own the full lifecycle: idea → build → deploy → iterate Build end-to-end applications using Next.js, Flutter, and modern backend stacks Translate Figma → production-grade UI with pixel-perfect accuracy Design and maintain scalable design systems (components, tokens, theming) Build real-time, low-latency systems (streaming, WebSockets, event-driven architectures) Integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration frameworks Design and manage databases (PostgreSQL, NoSQL, vector DBs like pgvector) Deploy and scale applications on AWS (or similar cloud platforms) Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker, etc.) Optimize performance across frontend and backend (LCP, TTI, caching, query optimization) Collaborate using JIRA, documentation, and structured workflows Continuously improve development velocity while maintaining system reliability Qualifications: 3–7 years of experience in full-stack development Strong in TypeScript, React, Next.js Proficient in Python for AI/ML integrations Experience converting Figma designs into production-ready UI Solid understanding of frontend architecture (SSR, CSR, RSC, caching, edge rendering) Strong experience with databases (Postgres, Supabase, MongoDB, Redis, vector DBs) Hands-on experience with cloud (AWS/GCP) and deployment workflows Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps basics Familiarity with API design (REST, GraphQL, streaming APIs) Experience building or integrating AI systems (LLMs, LangChain, RAG) Understanding of system design, scalability, and low-latency systems Ability to take features from 0 → production independently Strong product sense and attention to detail Required Skills: TypeScript, React, Next.js Python for AI/ML integrations Figma to production-ready UI conversion Frontend architecture (SSR, CSR, RSC, caching, edge rendering) Databases: Postgres, Supabase, MongoDB, Redis, vector DBs Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and deployment workflows CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker) API design (REST, GraphQL, streaming APIs) AI systems integration (LLMs, LangChain, RAG) System design, scalability, and low-latency architecture Flutter for mobile development Real-time systems (WebSockets, event-driven architectures)
