Frontend / Full Stack Developer Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Experience: 2–4 Years About the Role This is not a typical development role. You'll own and lead our digital product initiatives, working directly with founders and business teams to build customer-facing applications and internal business tools. You'll be responsible for enhancing our e-commerce experience, maintaining and improving our mobile applications, and developing systems that automate and streamline daily operations across teams. Key Responsibilities Own the frontend architecture and user experience across web and mobile platforms. Build, maintain, and improve the company website and e-commerce platform. Develop and enhance Android and iOS applications. Build internal dashboards and operational tools for inventory, order management, logistics, customer support, merchandising, and business reporting. Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and business teams to translate ideas into scalable products. Design and implement reusable, scalable, and high-performance components. Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, logistics platforms, analytics, and ERP systems. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and security. Drive technical decisions and establish development best practices. Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle—from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement. Required Skills 2–4 years of experience as a Frontend or Full Stack Developer. Strong experience with React.js or Next.js. Experience with React Native or Flutter for Android and iOS development. Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and responsive UI development. Experience working with REST APIs. Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows. Understanding of cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines. Ability to build scalable, maintainable applications. Preferred Skills Experience with Node.js and backend development. Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Experience integrating Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms. Familiarity with Firebase, AWS, or Google Cloud. Experience building internal business tools or admin dashboards.
