IT Infrastructure Manager
About this role
The IT Infrastructure Manager looks after the organization’s entire technology backbone across all locations. This role is responsible for keeping systems running smoothly, securely, and reliably while supporting the day to day needs of the business. Working closely with business and technology leaders, the Infrastructure Manager plans, builds, and maintains infrastructure covering cloud platforms, networks, servers, end user devices, and core enterprise systems. The role also ensures that cybersecurity, compliance, and risk controls are built into everything from design to daily operations, protecting data, systems, and users. In addition, the IT Infrastructure Manager leads internal teams and external vendors, manages budgets and timelines, and drives continuous improvement and modernization. The overall goal is to deliver stable, scalable, and secure technology services that enable business growth and support long term digital transformation.
