Full Stack Developer

About this role

We are a Real Estate business looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and manage multiple AI solutions and platforms. This is an in-office role based in Mumbai. The candidate will start as the sole developer and eventually grow into leading a small team of 3. They will report directly to the founder. We need someone who can work independently when needed and collaborate closely when the moment calls for it — adaptable to the project and situation at hand. The role is open on tech stack — we care about skills and outcomes, not specific tools. Key responsibilities include: building and managing multiple AI agents and automations, back-end data collection systems, and a matching engine. This is a real estate AI build covering multiple platforms and solutions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, is comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment, and can take ownership of the full stack from day one.
