AI Engineer

About this role

AI Engineer role at a small startup team of 6. Reports directly to the CTO and works closely with the founders. Must have experience building RAG-based and data-retrieval systems, and have shipped a consumer-facing AI product in a professional setting (not a hobby project). Requires at least 2-3 years of experience. Based onsite in Bangalore. Salary up to 30 LPA. Looking for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment with cross-functional collaboration directly with leadership.
