About this role

Roles & Responsibilities The role focuses on designing seamless and engaging user journeys across digital products, with a strong emphasis on usability, interface design, and consumer-first thinking. The ideal candidate should be comfortable balancing product thinking, visual polish, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, flows, prototypes, and polished UI. Create clean, intuitive, and visually compelling interfaces. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to take ideas from concept to launch. Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across experiences. Use feedback, data, and design reviews to improve product journeys continuously. Ideal Candidate Strong Product Designer, with focus on B2C Products Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 4+ years of Product Design experience (both UI and UX) with atleast 2+ years in B2C or consumer internet companies Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience designing end-to-end web and mobile user journeys Mandatory (Skills 1): Strong skills in UI/UX, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Wireframing, and Prototyping Mandatory (Skills 2): Must have hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe Mandatory (Portfolio): Strong portfolio with at least 2 detailed B2C product case studies Mandatory (Collaboration): Strong experience working with PMs, Engineers, and cross-functional teams Mandatory (Company): B2C product companies or Consumer internet companies (Ola, uber, swiggy, flipkart, nobroker..etc). B2B experience with prior exposure to B2C is also acceptable Mandatory (Stability): Minimum 2 years tenure in previous organizations Mandatory (Note): Complete IC role (Individual Contributor) Preferred (Education): Tier-1 institutes like IIT, NID, NIFT, BITS, IDC preferred Preferred (Skills): Experience with Design systems
