Full-Stack Automation Engineer 302Labs // Bangalore Role Full-Stack Automation Engineer Company Location 302Labs (AI + Automation Consultancy) Bangalore. In-person preferred, hybrid possible. Type Compensation Full-time, project-based delivery Monthly base + per-project variable, with a performance-based growth path Reports to Mitul Aggarwal, Founder WHAT 302LABS DOES We build operational intelligence systems for founder-led and enterprise businesses. Not dashboards. Not chatbots. Production systems that sit between fragmented tools and make messy operations visible, reliable, and eventually autonomous. Clients across logistics, manufacturing, fintech, healthcare, and media. Real deployments, real stakes. WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO You will own builds end-to-end. Scope and client direction are handled by the founder. The build is yours. On a typical project, you will: • Translate operational logic into a Postgres schema. Build it, ingest mock data, rework it when reality breaks your assumptions. • Build n8n workflows that run scheduled checks, ingest data, hit APIs, flag exceptions, and route alerts. Daily, monthly, annual cadences. Optimised, no redundant calls. • Build a Next.js dashboard on top of the same database. Login, role-based access, the views the client actually needs. • Integrate third-party APIs. REST, auth flows, payload debugging, vendor back-and-forth when their docs are wrong. • Deploy the full stack. Postgres on AWS or Supabase, self-hosted n8n, webpage hosting, user provisioning, email notifications. • Hand it over. Train the client team. Be on call for the first month while it stabilises. WHAT YOU NEED TO ALREADY KNOW • n8n. Non-trivial workflows, self-hosting, error handling, scheduled triggers, HTTP nodes, debugging when a node fails silently. • Postgres. Schema design, joins, indexes, migrations. You design tables from a business problem without hand-holding. • Next.js. You can build a multi-page authenticated dashboard with DB integration. You can read and modify AI-generated code, not just accept it. 302Labs // mitul@the302labs.com HIRING • REST API integration. You can read vendor docs, debug payloads, and push back on bad endpoint design. • Deployment. AWS basics, hosting Next.js, hosting n8n, managing credentials, setting up user logins. Nice to have: Supabase, Claude Code or Cursor in a real production loop, MongoDB, comfort with Linux and basic DevOps. WHAT WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT • Where you went to college. • Whether you have worked at a name-brand company. • How many years of experience you have on paper. • Whether you can draw fancy architecture diagrams. We care about whether you can ship a working system in three weeks. HOW YOU WILL WORK • Async-first. Daily written updates: what got done, what is next, blockers. We will not chase you for status. • Full ownership. If you are stuck, raise it early, not on the deadline. • You will sit with the founder for review sessions, not approval ceremonies. Disagree, push back, propose alternatives. • If life happens, tell us. We will work with you. Going radio silent is the one thing that will not work here.
