About this role

This is a new strategic role created to guide Group-wide AI adoption in a safe, practical and future-ready manner. Primary Responsibilities: • Define AI strategy, evaluate market trends and enterprise AI tools • Establish governance framework, data-security guardrails, and acceptable-use policies • Approve training material and train the AI Ambassador network (not end users directly) • Create an approved and safe AI environment for Vinmart Group to promote AI adoption responsibly • Ensure business decisions are supported by AI insights, not replaced by them
